Visit the official KRA iTax portal at itax.kra.go.ke/KRA-Portal/
On the login page, locate and click the "Forgot Password" link below the login button.
Enter your 11-character KRA PIN (format: A001234567X) in the field provided.
Select how to receive your password reset code:
- Email: Reset link sent to registered email
- SMS: Verification code sent to registered phone
Click the email link or enter the SMS code, then create a new password that meets these requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- One uppercase letter (A-Z)
- One lowercase letter (a-z)
- One number (0-9)
- One special character (!@#$%)
